MI.CO has been operating in Onore, Alta Val Seriana, since 1967. Over 50 years spent processing iron, aluminium, to create unique and custom-made doors&windows, joinery elements and façades. From the design through to the installation of customised solutions, with utmost attention paid to every minute detail, our projects have accompanied the economic growth of the Valley and the outstanding technological progress over the years.
Half a century of excellence
Our history covers a period of over 50 years of business in this sector, during which we have been able to take advantage of the tradition, experience and technological innovation available to use in order to manufacture increasingly higher value top performing products.
Raimondo Schiavi begins work as a plumber and, shortly after, founds F.lli Schiavi snc together with his brother Giannino operating in the plumbing and iron works sectors.
MI.CO is born, one of the first companies in the area to operate in the manufacturing of aluminium door and window sector.
The plumbing services are terminated in order to focus on the metal joinery sector and the manufacturing of doors&windows.
After 50 years of operations the founding father retires. The second generation are now managing the family business, with Guglia, Paolo and Enrico Schiavi taking over the technical, management and manufacturing operations.

Technology 4.0
We manage an integrated system, controlled directly by the technical office using with the support of dedicated software. This allows us to guarantee the optimisation of the production cycle and the containment of costs and production times: from the storage of the material in an automatic vertical warehouse to the completion of all the processes with state-of-the-art 4.0 machines such as machining and cutting centers, automatic cutters, bending machines, shearing machines
